FAQs
Swimming Pool Construction Service FAQs
We start with planning and designing the pool based on the client’s requirements. Before beginning the execution steps, the necessary permits are usually obtained.
Second, we set out the site and begin the pool excavation works.
Third, we install the formwork, plumbing, and electrical works, then carry out the reinforced concrete works.
Fourth, we complete the final finishes and install tiles, mosaic, or a liner according to the approved design.
Fifth, we execute the pool deck screed/topping (the surrounding deck layer).
Under ideal conditions that allow continuous progress on-site, building a private reinforced concrete swimming pool typically takes 8–12 weeks from the excavation date to completion.
As for prefabricated (Prefab) and fiberglass pools, installation can usually be completed within an approximate timeframe of 6 weeks.
In some cases, construction may take a few additional weeks. In general, the more complex the design and the more features included, the longer the build time.
However, as a specialized swimming pool company, we always aim to provide a smooth client experience by maintaining the best quality standards while committing to the agreed execution timeline.
Before starting a pool project, there are several factors that may impact execution or require special assessment, such as:
Soil conditions: If the ground is unstable or has engineering issues, it can affect the structural work. That’s why we always recommend a soil investigation report prepared by a specialized geotechnical consultant before starting construction.
Underground utilities: Existing underground services—such as water supply pipes, drainage/sewer lines, or electrical cables—may obstruct excavation or installation.
Site accessibility: Difficult access for equipment or materials can slow down execution and affect the overall timeline.
Soil condition is one of the most critical factors to assess before starting a swimming pool project. Certain soil types can cause major issues if not handled properly.
That’s why, at our company, we always begin with a thorough soil assessment before design or excavation. We then use the appropriate reinforcement and support systems based on the soil type—ensuring the pool remains completely stable and safe over the long term.
In some cases, a permit may be required from the City Authority, the district/municipality, or the relevant local body. When needed, we support our clients in completing the required procedures and paperwork for swimming pool construction permits.

Yes. We offer scheduled pool maintenance services, including water cleaning, inspection of filters and pumps, and adjusting chlorine levels and pH balance.
Yes. All of our swimming pool construction works are covered by a warranty against leakage and waterproofing defects for up to 10 years. In addition, we provide manufacturer-approved warranties on all pool equipment, such as filters and pumps.
Reinforced concrete pools are built on-site and fully customized to your requirements. They typically take longer to construct and cost more, but they are known for their long lifespan and durability.
Prefab and fiberglass pools, on the other hand, are much faster to install and generally more cost-effective. However, they usually require more frequent periodic maintenance compared to reinforced concrete pools.
When designing a pool for a limited area, geometric shapes such as a rectangle or an L-shape with straight lines are often the best options because they use the space most efficiently. However, curved or circular designs can also work well in small spaces when planned properly.
Our pool design team will recommend the ideal shape based on the site dimensions and boundaries—while maintaining both aesthetic appeal and functional use.
Yes. We can build rooftop swimming pools, provided a structural assessment of the building is conducted first. This option is ideal for villas and properties with spacious terraces.
Yes. We specialize in delivering large-scale and public swimming pools, with extensive experience in constructing Olympic pools and pools designed for international competitions, in addition to diving pools and leisure pools within clubs and sports centers. We provide end-to-end solutions including engineering design, high-quality execution, and the supply of the latest equipment compliant with international specifications.
When you request a home pool site inspection, our team visits the location to take accurate measurements of the yard or the area allocated for the swimming pool. During the visit, we carry out a full site assessment that covers the available space, sun exposure, and soil type.
We also discuss all available options with the client, including pool shapes, suitable dimensions, indoor or outdoor pool design, and finishing material recommendations such as tiles or natural stone. In addition, we propose smart equipment systems that help save water and energy and automate pool maintenance.
We take the client’s lifestyle into account as well—expected usage (recreation, swimming, relaxation, children), the target budget, and the technical and regulatory requirements applicable to construction in the area. Based on these inputs, we develop a customized pool design plan that meets all requirements with the highest quality.
Swimming pool construction costs vary significantly based on several factors, as each project is custom-designed according to the client’s location and specific requirements. For that reason, it’s difficult to provide a fixed or accurate average price without a site inspection and a detailed technical assessment.
Key factors that affect the cost of a reinforced concrete pool include:
Pool depth and shape (rectangular, circular, L-shape, etc.).
Add-ons such as a jacuzzi, which can increase the total cost by 15%–25%.
Finishing choices such as ceramic tiles, natural stone, or mosaic.
Pool equipment systems (filters, pumps, heaters, lighting, automation).
Accessories and features such as built-in concrete steps/ladders, waterfalls, or an in-pool seating area.
Site and ground conditions including access difficulty, soil type, and the presence of slopes.
At our company, we provide a tailored quotation for each client after the technical site inspection—ensuring the best value for cost while maintaining the highest quality in execution and finishing.
